10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
